We cold smoke our extra virgin olive oil in small batches with premium hard woods to preserve the quality of the oil and create a unique smoke flavor.

This Smoked Oil is Perfect drizzled on steaks, chops, or shrimp! Kick up flavor of roasted vegetables, scrambled eggs, or almost any dish. Great to make a marinade or glaze with any Balsamic Vinegar.
